In the course of our constant expansion, we have bundled our international activities of the group in the Swiss Group corporation "Dolphin Overseas AG" (Dolphin) and to relocate our global headquarters to Switzerland.

Dolphin's activities were initially limited to establishing and expanding cooperation between Europe and GCC countries.

The corresponding changes in the commercial register are in process.

From now on, international transactions will therefore be carried out via DOLPHIN OVERSEAS AG
